Alison Fenske, an eighth grader at Huron Middle School who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a fourth grader, recently recently helped raise more than $850 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Type 1 Diabetes held Jan. 28 in Sioux Falls.
