What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? We print tickets to sell to the general public. A portion of the proceeds goes directly to relief charities for New Orleans and other struck states. The remainder is used for any rental fees that may occur.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? There is virtually no cost to anyone but the audience. The bands will take care of any personal expenses which would range $50 - $100 all together.
 

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? Tickets will be $10-$15. Tickets will be more expensive if they are purchased at the doors. There will be no meal at this function.

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? One or two, for supervision only, as there will be younger kids at this event.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? $300

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? Hurricane relief.
