What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? Get your Worthy President and Madam President to donate a few hours of their time.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? Cost of the tape
 

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? $1.00 per strip

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? 3 to 4(including the worthy & madam presidents), and 1 or 2 to sell the tape strips.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? Our 1st one will be held on the 14th

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? If the Worthy President gets the most money, the Aerie gets the entire pot donated to them. If the Madam President gets the most, the Auxiliary gets the pot.

Additional Comments:

Members pay $1.00 for a strip of tape, and place it on the presidents to tape them to the wall. The best part is after an hour or two, they can pay another $1.00 to pull each strip of tape back off.
