What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? Get approval from the trustees, have them order the "tooters" from our local liquor store and pick them up.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? We buy 1 party pack of tooters for $84.00 (6 different flavors, 180 total tooters per case)
 

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? We sell each tooter for $1.50 or 4 for $5.00.

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? Really only one, but two is nice.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? $200.00 approx.

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? Auxiliary Activities

Additional Comments: You can serve them warm or chilled (chilled is better) and they keep forever, unlike jello shots. In one Friday night, we sold $99.50 worth of tooters and we didn't have that big of a crowd! The party pack has 6 different flavors: Bahama Mama, Kamakazi, Lemon Drop, Melon Ball, Sex on the Beach and Alabama Slamma.
