What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser?

Collect 10 local sponsors to donate $100 to have their company's name on your water bottles.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? No cost involved. Just be sure to collect your sponsor's monies first.
 

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? $1.00 per bottle of water - $100.00 per sponsor for their company's name to be advertised on the bottle of water

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? 3 or 4 would be helpful - I did most of this myself. You need someone to ask a couple of businesses for donations. You'll need someone's help loading or unloading the water to wherever your having it delivered to and to wherever you are storing the water.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? We had 9 sponsors and collected $900. The water cost us $650. So we profited $250.00. Plus we sold 1600 bottles at $1.00 a piece. So roughly $1850.00!! For one skid of water.

Additional Comments: Shop around for the water!!! You can get really good deals on water - don't use fundraising.com - their price is too high! Shop around locally! And come up with an eye catching logo - the eagle - or the auxiliary logo - I also used red, white, and blue colors on mine!!
