What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? As little or as much as you want to spend. From $100 to several thousand. Occasionally if you are close to a wholesaler, nursery, or commercial greenhouse, you can to arrange to buy as you go. That is, buy $100 worth, sell them, come back and buy additional stock, etc.
How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? Not applicable - Road side sale.
How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? 2-10
How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? $100-5000
What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? Public charities or fund raising for a local need will get the most response. An example might be raising money for police bulletproof vests or a local resident's medical needs.
Additional Comments: This is an easy way to take advantage of your aerie's high traffic location and parking. Also, sales are often conducted when other aerie activity is low. Local permits may be required and you want to take care not to conflict with other local organizations' similar sales.
