What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? Advertise put up flyers

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? Prizes are donated and our Karaoke is also donated
 

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? 6 tickets for$5.00 on all the raffle items we go to hotels and restaurants theaters to get our raffles

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? 2 or 3 but the more the merrier

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? $600-$3000 approx

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? It is for CANCER FUND and gets donated in July where we sponsor a team and have a tent and karaoke for a $1.00 a song

Additional Comments: We have had people pay $40.00 to keep someone from singing and he paid more to sing great fun!
