How often do you do have this fundraiser? We had it for the first time Saturday, April 22nd.
 

What type of fundraiser is this? Dance
 

What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? Hire the band, sell tickets, make food, prepare the hall, etc. We also built a "jail" which helped raise more money. We advertised in the local papers.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? The cost of the band, cost of stock to print the tickets, soda, food and costs for plates, napkins, etc.
 

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? $20.00 each

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? 15 members.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? First time doing it. We made $700.00.

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? Family who lost their son in Iraq.

Additional Comments: It went over well. The Band has a big following and they liked our Hall and the people. The acoustics in our Hall are excellent which helped.
