What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? Contact the place we order our pies from (The Pie Peddler in Dayton, OH) to see if he has a special deal for us, then I have him send me the order blanks and pass them out at our meeting and to other Auxiliary ladies who is willing to help us sell the pies.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? We just have to pay for the pies when they deliver them and anything over our cost goes to our charities.
 

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? As many as you can get to help, we usually have about 6-7 ladies that get involved. The more pies you sell the more you make for Charity.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? Around $300.00 per sale

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? We divide it between all of our charities at the end of the year.

Additional Comments: These pie have made the Aux. a lot of money and they can be frozen in the box they come in for 3 months and are delicious. For free delivery you must sell 100 pies which is easy to do!
