What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? We advertise for members to bring in their favorite deserts. We ask for an auctioneer to volunteer to auction off the goods.

How much do you charge for the tickets or meal, etc.? No charge to get in.

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? thirty five donations, clerk & cashier, two to walk around and show off the bake goods, one auctioneer or member who is a good talker!
