How often do you do have this fundraiser?

What we do we have bingo once to twice a month. 25% goes to a charity for that month each chairman can put in for a Sunday, or a rainy day bingo.. Food is pot-luck, the Aerie puts up some secondary prizes, along with cash prizes. The size of cash prizes depends on the amount of pack game cards cost,( example $5.00 for a pack of 4 cards) on our last bingo we brought in $125.00, playing 2 rounds. What this does it generates your fund risers to bring in your monies, so you don't have to touch your bank account.

What do you do to prepare for the fundraiser? Advertise, word of mouth, phone calls. at lease two weeks in advance.

What are the costs to put on this fundraiser? Members and guest donations. Remember we're people helping people.
 

How many members are needed to put on the fundraiser? Have a chairman and co-chairman. Get your member involved and invite a guest. You'll be surprised how many new members your aerie or aux. will receive.

How much do you usually profit from the fundraiser? 25% off the top, plus any other donations.

What do you usually hold the fundraiser for? We have been trying to do this for all of them.
